What we count
41,676,575 UPRNs, each at the point Ordnance Survey gives. The nearest postcode is the nearest postcode centre, not the postal address.
Limits
OS Open UPRN has no addresses, so we cannot turn an address into a UPRN: FindMyAddress can. A blank proves nothing.
Artificial intelligence
AI helped draft explanations. It adds no facts about a property.
